Okay, in the previous post, I challenged you to take the ISI civic literacy test. How did you do? Would you please use the box below to enter your score? This will be anonymous, so don't worry about the civic literacy police tracking you down. If your scores are better than the ISI sample group, it may provide a convenient way for us to determine if reading L-W is good for your civic literacy. (Or perhaps it will suggest that the more civically literate among us come to L-W.) If your scores are below the average, I plan on redoubling my efforts to combat civic illiteracy.
Just a quick comment before we leave town - I only missed one actual civics question (FDR and the Supremes), but I missed several related to economics. That was a subject that was not included in HS education way back when. Nevertheless, I intend to enjoy my Thanksgiving, and I hope that all who read this do the same - we have much more than our currrent economics to be thankful for.
